On Monday, November 25th, at 6:00 AM, the grand Christmas tree will arrive in Piraeus and will be set up in the courtyard of the Piraeus Municipal Theater. The natural fir tree, sourced from Taxiarhis in Halkidiki, known as the "capital" of fir trees, stands over 15 meters tall and will be decorated with 100,000 lights.
The Municipality of Piraeus officially kicks off its holiday celebrations with the spectacular lighting of the Christmas tree on Wednesday, December 4th, at 7:30 PM.
